About the Company
The Associated Corporate & Institutional Services Company (ACISCO) was established by a group of industry professionals with over 80 years of combined experience in corporate and commercial designing, building, flooring and furnishing. Our Business Plan is simple; nullify client frustration with having to locate and manage various trades by becoming a single source provider of all those services needed to renovate any office, institution or commercial space, regardless of size, and that would make ACISCO unique in the marketplace.
For ACISCO clients the idea works well because it alleviates the need for them to spend valuable time searching for the individual services ACISCO can provide as a package. We have all the right people with the key skills and experience to help move the project along seamlessly, easily and problem free. The ACISCO team will approach any project (from 500sq. ft. to 75,000 sq. ft.) with equal tenacity and attention to detail. Detail, focus, care and elegance are the hallmarks of our work. Customer approval and satisfaction are the core values and foundations of the company. Its rich history and client support indicate a high level of professionalism and success to date. The services ACISCO partners provide have been integral to the planning and development of everything from new out of the ground retail and commercial space to the renovating, flooring and furnishing of hundreds of thousands of square feet of corporate space.
ACISCO is exceptional by design. We offer a variety of services and products tailored to the needs of each individual client. Initially, each client (and project) is assigned a Project Manager who consults with the prospective client to fully understand the scope of work and size of the project, and to assist with the planning and space evaluation process. The Project Manager then educates and guides the prospective client towards developing a realistic budget based on the projects requirements and to establish a timetable, phasing schedule and eventual completion date.
If finding space is one of the dilemma's facing the client, we are usually able to help remedy the situation (and meet pre-established parameters-location, size, price, etc.) through our relationships with building managers, landlords and real estate brokers. After space assessment and evaluation, ACISCO offers a comprehensive range of services that include design and space planning, construction and renovation and the flooring and furnishing of the client's space. These services are offered at very competitive, market driven pricing based on the "package discount" approach. ACISCO represents over 200 major commercial furniture and flooring manufacturers. This gives us the ability to always deliver the appropriate product based on a variety of factors including budget and availability.
The management and staff of ACISCO bring to our clients hands on experience, a broad base of information, far-reaching trade contacts and a willingness to expend a lot of up-front effort to gain their confidence and understand the projects requirements. The staff continually interfaces with leading and cutting edge architects, designers and contractors to keep abreast of all changes and improvements within their respective fields. The company has built a formidable reputation by providing uncompromising customer service and by utilizing the finest designers, contractors, laborers, craftsmen and installers within the metropolitan area. There is constant collaboration with each client to ensure a projects timely progression and maintain the customer's satisfaction not only with ACISCO but also with tradesmen and subcontractors.
At ACISCO, we realize that business cannot always be done during normal business hours; therefore we are flexible in scheduling work and installations to comply with our customer's schedule and at their convenience. When necessary, service and installations can be arranged during evenings or weekends so that costly "downtime" can be kept to a minimum.
It is important to ACISCO that when a project reaches completion, the realization of the project not only meets but also exceeds the client's expectations. It is our belief that good service and good people lead to satisfied customers, and that satisfied customers lead to long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
